OUPV LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
· Possession of a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC)
· Completion of 53 hour course and passage of license exams
· Minimum age :18 years old
· 360 days on the waters (90 days within the last 3 years)
· Near Coastal Endorsement 90 days of the 360 in near coastal waters
· First Aid/CPR within 12 months
· Medical exam. within 12 months
· Drug screening within 6 months
· Birth certificate, Social Security Card, and Driver License or Photo ID
· Three character references
