hour courses presenting different menus each week taught by Cordon
Blue Chef and live aboard Sailor Francesca R. Scerrato,
a native of Rome, Italy.
She will teach you how to cook
Italian dishes that you can prepare in your galley.
You can learn in group classes (3-6 students) , or individual classes in your galley.

He will sail it for you or help you to sail it.
