 Cooking from the Galley ITALIAN STYLE at:

Three hour courses presenting different menus each week taught by Cordon Blue Chef and live aboard Sailor Francesca R. Scerrato,
a native of Rome, Italy.
She will teach you how to cook Italian dishes that you can prepare in your galley.
You can learn in group classes (3-6 students) , or individual classes in your galley.

CREWED CATERED CHARTERING
Captain Piero can charter for you  a  sail boat,
He will sail  it for you or help you to sail it.
His wife Francesca will prepare gourmet meals for you and your guests (maximum six passengers on most sail boats):
